Booking Details

All prices are in Thai Baht.
The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 4 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 7 nights.
All villas include free transfer to / from the pier for 3 day reservations or more.
There is a compulsory full moon bbq of 500 Baht per persion.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Use of safe box on reception.
Free wireless internet.
Transfer to Thongsala Pier 100 Baht per person.
All room are quoted for 2 guests. Extra guests are 200 Baht per night.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 100 Baht per person.

Outside Full Moon Weeks

Book 7 nights and pay 5 nights, Book 5 nights and pay 4 nights.
Full moon week is defined as full moon party night plus the 3 days before and after full moon party night.
Promotion is not available in January, February, August and December.

Promotions cannot be combined.

Cottage for Rent

Electricity, cleaning and linen are included.
Wireless Internet is available free of charge.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 4 days in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
